I use and love each section, from my #gamechanger #goals to the planning of my days and tasks lists I love it all and of course ensure I do not miss my self-care either.
My biggest planning hack is to spend a few hours each month planning ahead. Also I set consistent goals each day whether I reach them or not until it becomes second nature to complete them then I add on to them.
By doing this I have achieved better health and able to take on more than the average COO and Momma!
