Fitness Goals

Tomorrow I start another fitness journey! In total, since giving birth to my miracle boy, I’ve lost 100 lbs and maintained it for a year now!!!
This time I will use my blog more so I hope you help me by joining me here and following my journey – plus signing up!
As of my last weigh in tonight I was 185 lbs and I want to be 145 lbs but more importantly I want my fat % down significantly.
It’s late now, plan on working out tomorrow morning early, so I say goodnight and looking forward to continuing my journey with you ?? xo
